Preparation:

- Immerse the Real Roasted Varagu Vermicelli in water for 2 minutes. then drain the entire water and steam-cook the Finger Millet Vermicelli like idly for five minutes.
Karam:

- Heat Oil in a pan, and add mustard black gram dhal & fry for a few seconds. Then add tomato, onion, green chili, salt and fry well. And mix with stream-cooked Varagu Vermicelli, garnish with curry leaves and serve hot.
Sweet:
- Add sugar, cardamom & coconut to the already steam-cooked Varagu Vermicelli and fry it for few seconds. Now your sweet Varagu Vermicelli is ready to serve.
