Preparation:
Immerse the Real Roasted Multimillet Vermicelli in water for 2 minutes. then drain the entire water and steam-cook the Finger Millet Vermicelli like idly for 5 minutes.
Karam:
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard black gram dhal & fry for a few seconds. then add tomato, onion, green chili & salt fry well and mix with steam-cooked Multimillet Vermicelli, gramish with curry leaves & serve hot.
Sweet:
Add Sugar, cardamom & Coconut to the already steam-cooked Multimillet Vermicelli and fry it for few seconds. Now your sweet Multimillet Vermicelli is ready to serve.
